Return + Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Basilla Rose Jewelry and understand that on rare occasions an item might not meet your expectations. We are happy to answer questions you may have prior to purchase. Please contact us at shop@basillarose.com
If you are not fully satisfied with your jewelry, you may send it back unworn and in its original condition with tags and packaging within 2 weeks. We will gladly exchange it for any item equal to the value of your original purchase. For a difference in price, we will issue a credit if the new item chosen has a lower price. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges for any online purchases. Please take time to read the product description in full or contact us for more information prior to purchase.

Please note that shipping on all returns is non-refundable. Basilla Rose Jewelry cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged or are otherwise not in the original condition. We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and each piece of jewelry is inspected before shipping, ensuring that it is free of all defects and or damage.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Basilla Rose Jewelry reserves the right to deny an exchange if the merchandise does not meet the policy requirements.
Sales + Promotions Price Adjustment
We’re unable to offer price adjustments or refunds for temporary promotion, sales, or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated nor after the promotion has finished. We are very conscious and deliberate about communicating details about upcoming sales and promotions, so the best way to make sure you know what is coming is by joining our email / SMS list and following us on IG with alerts turned on.
Repair Policy
Basilla Rose Jewelry is dedicated to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Each piece is inspected thoroughly before it leaves the design studio. All work is guaranteed for 30 days from the time of purchase/delivery.
It is our belief that when one of our necklaces/earrings with gemstones or crystals break, you no longer need the energies of that particular gemstone. Please take this time to reflect on the changes in your life - it may be a good time to have the piece repaired and rehome it. However, if you still want to wear the gemstone, we will gladly repair it.
Chains may break due to excessive roughness, being taken off with clothing or general ‘catching on things’. It happens. If the chain breaks anywhere other than the clasp - you will need a new chain. Please contact us about purchasing a replacement. If it is on one of our custom pieces please contact us for a repair request.
*If your item breaks within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us @ shop@basillarose.com to initiate a repair. In the event an item needs to be repaired within the 30 days there will be a nominal charge for time and any materials necessary to complete the repair.
Please send a picture of the item in need of repair to shop@basillarose.com with a detailed description. We will try to give you an estimate for the repair and if we can’t without seeing it in person, we will give you a quote before completing the repair. Please note that all shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the repair is within the guarantee period. Please send your repair only after communication with us and be sure to send your jewelry with postal tracking.
Ship your item to us - we do not provide a shipping label for you.
To ensure the safety of your jewelry, we highly recommend you wrap your item in tissue and ship in a bubble wrap mailer. We are not responsible for lost or missing stones. In this instance you will need to purchase a replacement.
Please print your repair order confirmation email and include a copy in your package.

Once your item is received at our studio, we will make the necessary repairs using the current design standards. Once everything is completed, we will ship your repaired item back to you at the address you provided on your repair request!
