All jewelry designs are handcrafted to order so please be patient with us, we promise it will be worth the wait. I & Kajiko make all orders by hand ensuring that you receive a one-of-a-kind piece.

Orders usually ship within 4 -10 business days depending on the number of pieces ordered. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is fulfilled.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for domestic orders. All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail (average 4 - 6 business days) or Express (average 2 - 3 business days). Ship time is calculated from the date your order is fulfilled. If your order is over $75, you are eligible for Free USPS First Class Mail, but Express shipping is not an eligible free shipping option.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped for tracking purposes. If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, Basilla Rose Jewelry is not responsible for resending the order. 

U.S. and Canadian shipping is available automatically through this website. 
If you’re in another part of the world and want something shipped, please email shop@basillarosecom for a quote. Shipping beyond the U.S. and Canada starts at $13.50 and your country may collect extra taxes and fees.

Please allow up to 10-15 days minimum for International orders.

*Please note, we cannot offer exchanges on international orders but we do accept returns.

If a package gets held up in the destination country's customs it can take a little longer. This does not happen very frequently but does on occasion which is beyond our control.  

**International Orders- Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees.

Rings arrive in a circular ring box with a sunshine polishing cloth and a jewelry care card. 

Necklaces and earrings arrive on a Basilla Rose jewelry card in a satin jewelry bag with care instructions included. If you wish to purchase a keepsake box, please add that to your order and I will ship your item in this collectable box.
